Stefani Coverson (she/her) is a certified senior professional in Human Resources by both the Human Resource Certification Institute (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SCP) with over 20 years' experience practicing human resources in the public, non-profit, and higher education industries.
Stefani is a trained and licensed Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory and Intercultural Conflict Style assessment tools. Ms. Coverson is a Certified Facilitator in the Engaging in Bold, Inclusive Conversations® Program. She is also a licensed independent workplace investigator.
Throughout her career, she has worked to embed equity, inclusion, and anti-racism practices into people and culture strategies. By starting her journey in HR compliance through investigating and facilitating resolutions to employment discrimination complaints, she brings a unique perspective as an HR and DEI strategist and agent of change.
