Aligning Culture, Leadership, and Strategy for Sustainable Organizational Success

Stefani Coverson

Stefani Coverson (she/her) is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SCP) and currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Change and Leadership, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading and advising across public, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. Her work focuses on aligning culture, leadership, and strategy to strengthen organizational health in complex environments.

Stefani is a licensed Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) assessments. She is also a Certified Facilitator of the Engaging in Bold Conversations® program and a licensed independent workplace investigator, bringing structured assessment, facilitation, and investigative expertise to her consulting practice.

In addition to her organizational work, Stefani draws on both professional expertise and lived experience to coach and provide independent HR consulting to Black women and women of color seeking to navigate — or transition from — workplace environments on their own terms. She understands the complexities of career progression at the intersection of race and gender and provides grounded, practical guidance rooted in that awareness.

Throughout her career, Stefani has focused on aligning culture, leadership, and people strategy to remove systemic barriers and strengthen organizational integrity. Her foundation in HR compliance — including investigating and resolving employment discrimination matters — informs her perspective as a culture strategist who approaches transformation with both rigor and accountability.

Tamsin Jones

Tamsin Jones (she/her) is an organizational change and HR advisor and a doctoral candidate in Organizational Change and Leadership with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people systems. Her work focuses on helping leaders translate complex transformation initiatives into practical operating models that align leadership behavior, organizational design, and workforce strategy.

Tamsin is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and an executive coach who designs and delivers leadership training for organizations while advising senior leaders navigating organizational shifts, including restructuring, leadership transitions, and enterprise change efforts. Through her advisory work, she brings structured change methodology, HR expertise, and operational insight to organizations seeking to implement transformation that holds beyond initial rollout.

In addition to advising organizations, Tamsin coaches senior leaders and emerging executives responsible for delivering results inside complex systems. Her coaching and leadership development work focuses on judgment, accountability, and leadership effectiveness during periods of uncertainty, helping leaders strengthen their capacity to make difficult decisions while maintaining organizational stability and performance.

Across her career, Tamsin has concentrated on the practical mechanics of change — how strategy, leadership behavior, HR infrastructure, and day-to-day operations must align for transformation to endure. Her approach combines disciplined change management with clear-eyed organizational analysis, enabling leaders to move beyond surface initiatives toward durable, system-level improvement.
